Favourable location to Clackamas Promenade. Good looking room with older style furniture, right place for short stay. The staff - skilful and amicable.

The brand-new hotel offers a wide range of spacious and modern rooms. The location is in a suburban area close to convenient amenities like a supermarket, post office, and restaurants. Additionally, we enjoyed the nearby lake, just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Staff and facilities were awesome. Location behind a Denny's was a bit questionable.
Only negative in spite of many positives was noise from all night Denny's/bar. But, just request other side of hotel.

I enjoy the breakfast selection and location.
The television in our room didn't work. Be the lights kept flickering on and off. When I advised staff they seemed to not care and said they would look into it.

Horrendously smelly and stuffy. When I turned on the heater, it smelled like a dead mouse. Breakfast area smelled like a back alley of a KFC. My allergies were really affected by all the fake floral stuff they sprayed in the hallways and our room. Very hard to breathe here. Would NEVER ever recommend it to ANYONE!

Room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good and appreciated. Plenty of parking.
The hotel was a little outdated but they were just starting a remodel project when I was leaving.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice.
The beds were a bit stiff but still comfortable. The breakfast wasn't excellent but it was fair.

Very surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room.
The bathroom looked like a contractor didn't take his time. Paint and caulk around the bathtub looked as if repairs were done quickly.

Truly enjoyed my relaxing stay on my solo vacation. The hotel room was modern and well-maintained with an entire bottle of carpet, the condition, and the bathroom. Wonderful breakfast offered in the lobby. The staff was amicable. This was a particularly good location so close to Portland and the Clackamas Town Center.

A very comfortable stay. The staff were terrific: friendly and accommodating. The value was awesome and breakfast was very good.
They were having an electrical load problem with their toaster in the breakfast area but they addressed it--no big deal.

The staff was wonderful. The room wasn't too bad.
The room was extremely small for having a crib in there as well. And also there was no sheets or blankets for the crib which upset me and the blanket that was brought up was so big. You need to get blankets and sheets for the cribs if your going to offer them
